“There was a project that was challenging due to communication issues. In essence, there was always a delay in replies from the client’s side, affecting our progress as we needed more input to provide the best solution. 

The workaround for me was to liaise with my supervisor and the client’s senior PIC – to explain the situation and seek immediate clarification. The most important thing to do is to always use the right channel and seek the right person for the right job.”
