In 2020, quite a number of people feel that the job pay of this year is very unstable. They dare not change their job, resign or start up their own business, due to the instability after changing their tracks. With the impact of epidemic, there is too much uncertainties, a conservative approach seems to be the safest.
However, most of the time what we want are not what we get, external factors would catch us off guard. Taking this year as an example, a number of people are getting a reduction of salary or were even being laid off although they feel that their jobs are “stable”.
Sometimes, I thought to myself, if I am left with nothing, and have to reenter the workforce, would anybody like to hire me?
Experience, ability, connection, how much do I have for these?
I keep on thinking to myself, because I know, what I should do, and what I must do, are to improve my self-value, to make myself strong, so that I am able to face all the anxieties and troubles.
2020 has been a year full of up and down, there is much inconsistency in the market and workforce.
Therefore, in order to be thoroughly “stable”, whether it’s starting up your own business or in the workforce, you will have to be strong enough, so that wherever you go, you are able to survive.
There is no such thing as a stable job or career, what we need most is the stable capability to make a living. In order to reach this goal, you will have to work hard and strive for it.
