Greetings & Introduction
Ms. Adlina Mohd Adnan (the emcee) gave a short introduction on CACE, or the Career and Continuous Education Centre at Manipal International University and on Job Majestic, the No.1 Multilingual Job Site in Malaysia.
Online Signing Ceremony Speech
A pre-recorded session was played, where Dr. Arokiaraj Pappusamy from MIU and Ms. Jess Low from Job Majestic each gave a speech on the online signing ceremony.
Next, the MIU promotional video and Job Majestic promotional video was played, followed by the document-signing ceremony to officiate the Industry Partnership between MIU and Job Majestic.
Live Talk Session
The event continued with a Live Talk Session moderated by Ms. Adlina Mohd Adnan.
a. By Mr. Loh Siew Meng (Head of Student Services at MIU)
Mr. Loh expressed his gratitude towards Job Majestic. He commented that Job Majestic is a young and promising job site in Malaysia. He was impressed about Job Majestic’s uniqueness – being the only job agency helping undergraduates and fresh graduates land their dream jobs upon graduation.
He also expressed his excitement for Job Majestic to be an exclusive job assessment centre, providing the best career coaching to MIU’s undergraduates. He shared that career workshops are crucial and must be provided to the undergraduates as soon as possible to build up their soft skills.
b. By Ms. Raychel Khiu (Project Manager at Job Majestic)
Ms. Raychel elaborated on the strategic industry partnership between MIU and Job Majestic. Firstly, Job Majestic’s sister company, JEV Management could provide recruitment services for MIU’s undergraduates and fresh graduates to help them land their first jobs.
JEV Management will provide the latest job vacancy list to MIU, and review undergraduates and fresh graduates’ resumes thoroughly to provide relevant guidance and effective job matching. There are also plans for group interview sessions to facilitate the job-matching effort.
Secondly, Job Majestic will also leverage its comprehensive network of business partners – over 3000+ business partners globally available for MIU’s undergraduates and fresh graduates to apply for.
c. By Ms. Jess Low (Founder of Job Majestic)
Ms. Jess further commented on the importance of providing career workshops to MIU’s undergraduates and fresh graduates. Being in the People Business for a decade, Jess highlighted that the majority of fresh graduates do not understand how to present themselves to their future employers during their interview sessions.
As the workforce gets even more competitive – where approximately 50 to 100 candidates apply for one position, Job Majestic strives to close the gap by providing the necessary career workshops based on MIU’s strategy and needs.

After the short signing ceremony and live talk session, we bid farewell to MIU and to all guests.
