Job Description
- Team management: Recruit, train, and manage nursing staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Quality control: Ensure the quality of nursing services meets by establishing and overseeing quality control standards and processes.
- Communication and coordination: Communicate effectively with customer to address nursing service issues, maintaining transparency and fostering cooperative relationships.
- Supervision and evaluation: Conduct regular supervision and evaluation of nursing services to ensure compliance with professional standards and meet customer needs.
- Crisis management: Handle emergencies and unforeseen events, ensuring the team is equipped to respond effectively during crises.
- Training and development: Provide training and development opportunities for the nursing team, maintaining their professional competence to navigate the evolving nursing environment.
- Customer maintain: Ensure nursing services meet customer needs, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Good proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa while average in English (Speak, Read, Type)
- 10 years of relevant experience is required. However, open to meeting candidates with less than 10 years of experience but it must come with the SKM certificate.
- Have to be flexible in shifting between 2 branches (Mont Kiara and Cheras)
Working location
- Balakong, Cheras
- Solaris, Mont Kiara
Working hour
- Weekdays: 10.30 am - 8 pm
- Weekend: 9.30 am - 7 pm
