Kong Hong (KT) Sdn Bhd, established in year 2017, specializes in the production of roofing, roof-based building materials and wholesale hardware materials. Our headquarters is located at Kota Tinggi, Johor Malaysia.
Job Description:
- Franchise Development & Compliance - Ensure franchisees comply with branding, operational and quality standards. Assist in resolving operational and compliance-related challenges.
- Brand & Marketing Management - Develop Marketing strategies, monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Operational Support & Training – Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Assist in implementing new business process and technologies
- Provide regular update to top management on franchises success, risk and opportunities.
Job Requirements
Requirement:
- Minimum STPM / Diploma or equivalent educational qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field
- 3 years+ of experience in franchise management, brand management or sales leadership
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia or English or Mandarin (advantages)
- Experience in managing multiple franchise locations and ensuring compliance with brand standards
Skills Needed:
- Understanding of franchise operations, legal agreements and business development
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, brand positioning and promotional activities
- Communication & leadership
- Customer Service Excellence
- Familiarity with metal roofing products, installation processes and industry trends (advantages)
- Willingness to travel to franchise location for audits, training and business development
