The company was founded in 2008 with the initial development of the gated- and-guarded residential estate “Taman Cheras Idaman 2 (phase 1)” (40 units). Following its completion, we then went on to develop “Taman Cheras Idaman 2 (phase 2)” (133 units). Having completed both projects three (3) months ahead of schedule to the full satisfaction of the homeowners, we pride ourselves in our reputation as a responsible real estate developer that strives to go above and beyond for all our purchasers. 

Our current project, OnePark, is an award-winning gated and guarded residential development comprising 250 units of double-story homes with a particular emphasis on conscientious design and utilising premium materials. Our efforts to deliver the best living experience to our purchasers has since been recognised by StarProperty Awards – OnePark was awarded the Safe Haven Award and Class Act Award 2020 for the best security features and most quality finishes in a development respectively. Phase 1 Parcel 1 (137 units) of the project was completed with Certificate of Completion and Compliance on 9 August 2019 and Phase 1 Parcel 2 (113 units) is scheduled to be completed in 2021.

 All projects undertaken by Iwajib Group are managed by the Directors, Management Team and Professional Consultants who possess various years of experience in real estate development.
