Job Description

Follow up and maintain the sales situation of customers via Facebook, Instagram or Tiktok.
Monitor and respond to customers customer inquiry and feedback
Handle sales order (packaging and delivery is not required, placed order will be handled by apps and in-house system).
Prepare report, presentation slide, minutes of meeting and document.
Others related duties within your scope that assigned by your immediate superior.

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration / Management or any related field.
Relevant working experience particularly in digital marketing would be an advantage.
Basic computer literacy and familiar with social media such as Facebook and Instagram.
Good in communication, responsible and proactive.
Cheerful personality, able to work independently and as a team.
Able to perform in multi task and easily adapt to fast pace working environment.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin (Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred).
