Role Overview:
The Accounts & Finance Manager will lead the Accounts and Finance Department, overseeing daily operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial guidance. The role includes monthly financial reporting to Japan HQ and preparing consolidated reports for the Southeast Asia Group.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Operations

• Supervise daily accounting tasks: AR/AP, GL, payroll, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage treasury functions, capital assets, WIP jobs, and billings
• Submit timely monthly reports to Japan HQ
• Review financial statements and salary/payables
• Recommend cash flow and financing strategies

2. Compliance & Audits

• Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, ISO 9001/14001, and internal policies
• Lead accounting outsourcing project
• Coordinate annual business planning, audits, and tax filings
• Implement process improvements and proper accounting practices

3. Strategic Reporting

• Prepare BOD reports and SEA group consolidations
• Advise on budgeting, asset management, and corporate strategy
• Liaise with Company Secretary for Companies Act compliance
• Oversee accounting systems and data accuracy
