• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce or equivalent.

• 2-3 years of related working experience preferably.

• Data analytic ability to manage reports and business-related planning.

• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

• Highly self-motivated, good attitude, responsible, committed and have a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.

• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.

• Good in Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities/ Scopes

• Responsible for daily operation of e-commerce stores including order processing, payment gateway, fulfilment, inventory, courier shipping, order follow ups and customer relations.

• Work closely and cooperate with other departments to ensure operational performance in all areas are smooth: warehouse, customer service, business development, procurement, marketing, etc.

• Prepare and analysing reconciliation report in daily, weekly and monthly basis: sales order, delivery order, payment gateway, inventory, courier shipping to ensure no outstanding unmatched transactions.

• Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly.

• Prepare SOP for operation related process and continually enhance process to improve efficiency.

• Responsible to support division's day-to-day administrative tasks and assist in other ad-hoc duties, projects or activities assign by superior.
