Your Mission:

  • Responsible for recruiting competent intern candidate to support the organizations interns requirement.
  • Responsible to recruit, process interns application & screening by phone before propose to HOD/HOF for interview via direct email & career fair from application intern candidate.
  • Coordinate interview session to ensure smooth process of potential intern candidate.
  • Assist during sport and event function organized by company. Assist Human Resource Manager to attend to foreign workers disciplinary issues.
  • Assist in compiling data to prepare Group Human Resource Meeting and Departmental Meeting.
  • Take minutes of meeting and to follow up on matters raise in meeting of Group Human Resource and Departmental Meeting. Additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
