Job Description

**Salary Negotiable**

Able to handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities (monthly bank reconciliation, Petty Cash, AR, AP and GL)
Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AR & AP procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit, and credit notes
Prepare and assist in supervising and updating of Account Receivable, Account Payable and other ledgers.
Preparation of closing stocks reports to ensure the timely and correctness of assets
Coordinate & facilitate Annual Financial Audit Process
To maintain proper accounting records and proper filing system
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, principles & accordance to standard requirement;
To carry out other duties & ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

Job Requirements

Preferable Mandarin/Cantonese speaking
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or relevant professional qualification
Minimum 2 years and above working experience in finance or accounting.
Experience in listed company or audit firm will be added advantage.
Broad knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
Strong analytical skills and fast learner.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office application and accounting software (Autocount)
Able to start work immediately will be added advantage.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
