Responsibilities/ Scopes

Responsibilities

-Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Director.

-Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, call screening and taking down messages, handle travel arrangements, visa applications and accommodations.

-Maintain a good filing system and ensure easy retrieval of documents and files.

-Follow-up on all outstanding matters.

-Pleasant personality, good working ethics, committed and with high integrity.

-Able to work independently, versatile and able to multi-task.

-Ability to meet required deadlines effectively.

-Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of people
