Job Description
- Resolving customer queries through emails, live chats, and outbound calls.
- Identifying customer needs and assisting them in using specific features and functionalities in my client's social media platform.
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Professional customer service skills with a solutions mindset including the ability to deliver an exemplary customer experience.
- Constantly work towards improving customer experience.
- Handle customers and vendors' requests, as well as external communication with them.
Job Requirements
- High proficiency in English + Mandarin (Both written + Spoken) + Cantonese (Plus Point)
- Candidate possessing 6 months of customer service / call-center / front desk or any relevant experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work 24-hour rotational shifts (9 hours per day, 5 days per week).
- Able to join on 28th June 2023.
- Required experience: (Diploma holder) minimum 1-year call center/customer service; (SPM holder) minimum 3 years call center/customer service
- Degree Holder (Without experience) is welcome to apply!
- Being experienced in handling live chat would be an added advantage!
Benefits
- Salary package: Basic Up to RM 3,500 (Subject to interview performance and work experience) + KPI + Fixed Allowance (Average can up to RM4,000)
- Working Location: KL Sentral (Strategic working location reachable by public transport)
