Job Description
- Working closely with the leader or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
- Managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible.
- Conducting the research, gathering information through surveys or speaking to clients.
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
- Observing and carrying out sales processes.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree in marketing, business or similar may be required.
- A minimum of 12 weeks of internship are required to apply for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication skills are required to deal with the customers
- Ability to handle rejection.
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Strong self-motivation
- Good attitude and willing to learn.
