  • Candidate must possess at least a PSC, Executive Secretary ship, or related Diploma in Management.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
  • Able to read and speck Chinese dialect or Mandarin, will be an added advantage.
  • Write and speak fluently in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to work harmoniously with all level if staff, and customer.
  • Possess effective communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities/ Scopes

Duties & Responsibilities: -

  • To arrange and schedule MD's appointments & meetings internally & externally.
  • To prepare minutes of management meetings, to monitor deadlines and follow-up with respective teams and HOD on progress from time to time.
  • To prepare necessary documents for MD before the meeting.
  • To prepare letter, memo, and other documents an instructed by MD.
  • To arrange and coordinate overseas / outstation travelling for MD (flight ticket, hotel, transfer, travel itinerary, local currency / advance, etc.).
  • To organise and manage confidential documents, correspondence, records, reports and maintain an organised filing for smooth data retrieving.
  • To tidy MD’s office on every morning to ensure it is under best condition at all times.  This includes 5S, cleanliness, sufficient stationeries, etc.
