Requirements
  • Minimum 3 year experience in related areas as an individual contributor or supervisory experience in Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan or equivalent companies. 
  • Master degree in relevant business discipline, e.g. Management, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business from University of Malaya, NUS, TsingHua University or equivalent.
  • Possess at least license of PCE & CEILE. FIMM will be an added advantage.
  • Strong sales orientation, networking, and portfolio management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial and securities industry regulations.
  • Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, additional languages not mentioned will be considered favourable. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Preferred languages: Japanese and Korean
Responsibilities/ Scopes

What we need:

As a Merger and Acquisition Manager, you will have the opportunity to consolidate multiple business entities and assets through a series of financial transactions.


Job Description:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve all monthly and annual new asset referral targets.
  • Interact with managers and directors to ensure ongoing communication regarding existing and future client needs.
  • Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that are aligned to sales goals and support sales service activities, including legal, corporate, and regulatory.
  • Ensure adherence to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure safety and security of client and bank assets.
  • Monitor improvement of quality of investment consultant activities, including sales targets, referral targets, strict adherence towards compliance, branch huddles.
  • Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding TusStar.
  • Adhere to policy and regulation, apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.
