Our Journey 

Rowy Hardware is a home-grown enterprise that first started its footprint in wholesale hardware industry in 2012 aims to provide a wide spectrum of industrial pipes, fittings, plumbing accessories and sewage system to hardware retails and industrial at a competitive price. 

Starting with a small office in Balakong Selangor, Rowy Hardware embarked on a mission to enhance the hardware industry in Malaysia by an endeavour to provide customers with high-quality products that sourced directly from reputable local manufacturers. 

In 2017, we were nominated and awarded by Sin Chew Business Service Excellence Award for our continuous efforts on improving customer experience in the industry. Rowy Hardware prides itself for its excellent customer service derived from a team of professional and knowledgeable customer service and salesforce. We provide integrated services across different areas, from product sourcing, supplier assessment, stock planning, logistics management, to product training, we ensure customer requirements are met and always strive to achieve beyond expectations. 

In 2019, Rowy Hardware moved from Balakong to a 91,000 square foot warehouse in Semenyih to accommodate the expanded product offerings and customer base. We currently carry over 4,000 items and have partnered with more than 1,500 hardware retail shops, plumbers, and contractors across 6 states included Selangor, Wilayah Persekutuan, Negeri Sembilan, Kelantan, Terengganu, and Pahang.
