On the battlefield that is retail, we have a front seat to the new challenges that arise every day. This helped us realise early on that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution, hence, we understood the necessity to adapt to any and all of our customer's requirements as they continue to evolve through different stages of their business.

Agility
The Covid-19 pandemic was a wake up call to many to understand the importance of pivoting quickly and efficiently in the face of drastic changes. Whether it's setting up an E-Commerce platform at the last minute or an emergency restock to capture sales, we understand how much of a difference just a few days can make.

Accuracy
With our roots of being a 3PL for one of the largest fast-fashion retailers in Malaysia handling more than 16 million pieces a year consisting of over 300,000 unique SKUs, we have overcome the challenge of dealing with large volumes and wide varieties of SKUs by maintaining an accuracy rate of 99.9%.
