Job Description

  • Responsible for day-to-day administration
  • Online and Offline sales fulfillment 
  • Handlings sales enquiry-emails / WhatsApp / social media messages etc.
  • To prepare/follow up documentation such as quotations, invoices, delivery orders etc.
  • To fulfill all orders from an online platform, Email, and WhatsApp P.O
  • To arrange/follow up vendor payment according to the deadline set.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties on matters relates to administrative activities.
  • Manage company admin email and direct the public queries to the right PIC.
  • Manage and renew the company's yearly business license, premise license, and other licenses.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence memos.
  • Filing for all related documentation and maintaining the filing system.
  • Update daily huddle & delivery schedule in Asana Calendar.
  • Prompt updates and reporting schedule.
  • Handling of office printing and stationeries.
  • Responsible for preparation and delivery arrangements for Care
  • To coordinate updates and improvements to the Management and Administrative
  • Undertake other tasks to be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. Be disciplined
  2. Can work in groups
  3. Knowledgeable in Word & Excel, Autocount software will be an added advantage
  4. Can work under pressure
  5. Have a vehicle (welcome) ; but we do have public transport outside our office.
  6. Education Level (Minimum Diploma)
  7. 1-year experience or fresh graduate may apply
  8. Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills, capable of addressing various task challenges.
  9. Strong organizational and planning skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.
