Job Description

Preparing estimation costs based on the design layout and 3D visuals for each proposal or any tender proposals.
Preparing design proposals with bills of quantity for all materials, labourers and equipment as well as all related documents within the given timeframe.
Arranging and handling all suppliers and subcontractors to visit the related site and accumulate all the proposals or quotations from third parties.
Ensuring the materials' lead time and delivery at the site within the timeline given.
To undertake any other duties & responsibilities as so instructed by Director.
Purchasing and delivery arrangements for each project proposal awarded.

Job Requirements

Possess a Diploma/ Degree in the related field.
Minimum 1 year experience as a quantity surveyor (interior design) or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills, written and verbal (Mandarin), with the ability to communicate issues to all levels of management.
Good at dealing with all suppliers and contractors and strong team spirits.
Good working attitude, self-motivated and critical thinking skills.
Possess good Microsoft Office and AutoCAD skill.
