Job Description

Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Manage document filing, record keeping, and ensure accurate documentation
Perform general office administration duties
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
Handle inter-company transactions and ensure reconciling items are properly followed up
Ensure accounting records and systems comply with company policies, approved accounting standards, and statutory requirements
Assist the Account Manager and perform other duties as assigned
Complete assignments with minimal supervision
Work independently and meet deadlines
Prepare tax computations and related tax schedules
Assist in tax compliance matters and submissions

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting and able to use basic MS office/Excel or equivalent.
Self-motivated
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting are welcome and encouraged to apply
Able to handle full set of account (guidance will be provided)
Internship students are welcome to apply too with training allowance ranging from RM 800 - 1,200
