Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient execution of repair and maintenance activities. 3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of school facilities and equipment. 4. Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and ensure timely procurement of necessary items. 5. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations, and resolve issues in a timely manner. 6. Collaborate with school administrators to develop and adhere to maintenance budgets. 7. Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks as needed. 8. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and warranties. 9. Assist in the planning and execution of renovation and construction projects on campus. 10. Perform ad-hoc maintenance tasks as directed by school administrators. 11. Respond flexibly to urgent requests and emergencies outside regular working hours when necessary.
