Job Description

Promote a diverse range of products and services to customers.
Take responsibility for ingredient and product sourcing.
Clearly communicate the company's unique competencies and the distinctiveness of its products.
Offer valuable and actionable market intelligence feedback.
Maintain a consistently high level of customer service to enhance customer relationships and provide market feedback to management.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers.
Demonstrate excellent sales skills and meet performance standards effectively.
Conduct product demonstrations to consumers to ensure widespread adoption and repeat usage of company products.
Deliver a superior level of customer service consistently.
Innovate and develop new marketing initiatives and explore new business opportunities.
Complete any additional tasks as assigned by superiors or as part of ad-hoc assignments when required.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification of Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Dietetics / Nutrition / Food Science or equivalent.
Preferably candidate with at least 1-2 years of working experiences in supplement industry.
Self-motivated, results oriented and able to work independently and possess a drive for success.
Confident, with good communication skills in both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Possess own transport and willing to travel occasionally.
