NTL Excel Management Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in August 2003 to takeover an existing practice carried on under the style of NTL Management (“NTL”) controlled by its directors. NTL commenced practice in October, 1998 to provide corporate secretarial, taxation, accounting and management advisory services.
