Johor Corporation (JCorp) under Intrepreneurship Programme until 2010. PROOFFICE has an
Authorized Capital of RM5,000,000 and Paid Up Capital of RM2,000,000 since 2017. We
obtained MSC Status Company in 2015 and moved to CBD2, Cyberjaya as headquarters. We
remained existing office in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Selangor as Operation Office.
In 2011, Dato’ Mazrol Nizam has given opportunity to MBO the company and he twisted the
business activities from Digital and Offset printing services to an ICT Service Provider and
becoming System Integrator in all aspect related to ICT solutions. PROOFFICE acts as ONE
STOP CENTRE for ICT BUSINESS ranging from supplying and delivering hardware and software,
designing and developing system, maintaining and support network and infrastructure and
many more.
As an ICT Bumiputera Company with more than 15-years’ experience in records and document
management, we served in several industry such as Healthcare, GLC, Universities, Oil and Gas,
Government Bodies & its Agencies etc. Proudly to say, we have digitized more than 100 million
pages and it involved of data capturing, conversion, extraction, analysis and preservation.
