💼 What You’ll Do
-Handle calls, chats, and general inquiries in Traditional Mandarin.
-Assist customers with ride-related concerns, payment issues, and app navigation.
-Deliver clear, friendly and solution-oriented responses.
-Log and update case information accurately in the system.
-Maintain high service quality to ensure a smooth customer experience.

💰 Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: Up to RM 4,000 – RM 4,200
Additional allowances + KPI bonus based on performance
