Responsibilities

Deliver service aligned with the property’s core standards and brand attributes to enhance guest experience
Arrive at driving assignments at least 15 minutes early to ensure timely departures
Operate technology devices such as iPads for paging and GPS for navigation to support route efficiency
Greet and receive VIP guests professionally during airport arrivals, drop-offs, and hourly bookings
Ensure guest safety throughout limousine journeys by driving attentively and following safety protocols
Drive safely and comply with speed limits and local traffic regulations to prevent incidents
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition throughout shifts to uphold service quality
Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to identify and prevent mechanical issues
Perform cleanliness checks inside the vehicle after each passenger alights to prepare for the next guest
Follow all transport-related standard operating procedures as directed by supervisors
Operate continental cars or MPVs as required for assignments
