About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Event Operations Executive to join our concert hall operations team in Kuala Lumpur. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth event execution, from setup to showtime, while helping to maintain our facilities in top condition.

Qualifications

• Set up event halls according to organizer requirements.
• Support event operations during show days to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct regular facility maintenance, housekeeping, and improvement works on non-event days.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments for logistics and support.
• Maintain safety and operational standards at all times.
• Work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays when events are scheduled.
