Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive attendance and engagement;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics;
Create compelling event messaging and content that resonates with target audiences and drives interest and attendance;
Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget;
Analyze event performance metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements and optimizations;
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and vendors;
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into event marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business related fields or relevant qualification from a recognized institution;
Graphic design related certification will be an advantage;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Independent and self-motivated;
Able to work under pressure;
Good command of English – verbal and written;
Multi-lingual is an advantage;
Possess own vehicle;
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as training will be provided.
