Job Description
- Process high-volume supplier invoices (food, beverages, packaging, and operational supplies)
- Perform 3-way matching (Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice) for daily purchases
- Verify pricing, quantities, and discounts against agreed supplier terms
- Handle perishable goods invoices with urgency to ensure timely recording
- Prepare and process payments (online transfers, cheques, e-wallet where applicable)
- Monitor supplier aging to avoid disruption in supply (critical for kitchen operations)
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies quickly with procurement/outlet teams
- Liaise closely with outlet managers and kitchen teams for invoice verification and missing documents
- Track and record daily purchases across multiple outlets
- Assist in cost control by identifying price variances and unusual spending patterns
- Support month-end closing (accruals for unbilled goods, cut-off accuracy)
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Assist in SST compliance (if applicable) and documentation
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1-3 Years experiences in Accounts Payable,preferably in F&B/Retail/ FMCG
- Experience handling high-volume transactions in ad advantage
- Familiar with inventory- related purchases and supplier management
- Proficient in accounting systems and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (to coordinate with outlets and suppliers)
