Job Description

Manage all F&B and daily operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
Planning menus for various outlets in consultation with chefs and restaurant managers.
Designing and implementing sales promotional activities to achieve the revenue target.
Establish targets, Incentive and schedules.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years experience as Head of Food & Beverage in a 4 / 5-star category hotel or individual restaurants with high standards.
Working knowledge of mathematics.
Familiar with computer systems.
Knowledgeable of Food & Beverage and Conference & Banqueting operations and skills.
Strong leadership, people management and training, and planning skills.
Guest oriented and able to confidently build and exceed service standards.
Thorough knowledge of services, cost control in F&B, labour controls, beverage menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, computer and accountings.
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details.
Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations including food, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction.
Good command in English, both verbal and written to meet business needs. Knowledge in other languages will be an added advantage.
Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
Possesses own transport
Willing to relocate to Johor.
