As the Property Management Intern at Cozyhomes (part of The Makeover Guys), you will assist with property management, housing rental management, and servicing property owners. We welcome applicants from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!  What You’ll Do: -Monitor the rental units that are ready to be advertised and rented  -Maintain regular contact with property owners and respond to inquiries -Coordinate with property agents to review tenant profiles -Liaise with owners to schedule property viewings to increase rentability of the units -Assist in the drafting of tenancy agreements -Additional ad-hoc tasks   Internship Arrangement: On-site.
