Medical Sales Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our dynamic team as Medical Sales Specialist. This individual will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to healthcare professionals and hospitals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of medical products, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients to drive sales and increase market share. Key Responsibilities: -Sales and Business Development: -Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals and hospitals -Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and field sales activities -Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets. -Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term relationships. -Customer Relationship Management: -Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professional to drive repeat business and referrals. -Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. -Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare providers and their staff. -Reporting and Administration: -Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts -Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and performance updates to management.
