Job Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding the needs of our clients and translating those requirements into technical specifications for our POS system. Your work will be essential in ensuring the effective implementation of POS solutions that meet our clients' objectives. Responsibilities -Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements for our solutions. -Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement within our solutions. -Technical Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and technical design documents. -System Testing: Responsible for the creation and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure that our systems meet business requirements and function correctly. -Support Implementation: Responsible during the implementation of our solutions, including user training and troubleshooting technical issues. -Collaboration: Work with developers, QA teams, and other business analysts to ensure that technical solutions align with business needs. -Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our solutions functionalities and performance. -User Support: Responsible end-users with queries and issues related to our solutions. -Able to perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-synergy-alliance-solutions-sdn-bhd-job-business-analyst] ; Requirements:-   Requirements : -Candidates must possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent. -At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field -Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply -Make strong independent decisions -Working well in team environment and when alone -Excellent communication skills, able to explain highly technical issues to non-technical individuals -Excellent presentation skills (Using tools like MS Excel, Word, Flowchart, Mockup and etc to present user requirement in simple and easy to understand way) -Excellent analytical skills
