Job Description: -Planning, implementing, managing and running of all the finance activities of the Group, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. -Developing and maintaining a strategic financial plan, annual operating and capital budgets; financial analysis of new programs, acquisitions, and business development; revenue management; preparation of the financial statements. -Proactively advise and educate management on all aspects which financially impacted operations. -Oversee and manage entire Account department, improving operation efficiency -Consolidation and preparation of management account for reporting -Planning and implementation on tax strategy for the group -Oversee responsible for payment processing and suppliers reconciliation -Liaising with external auditors, bankers, secretary and tax agents -Handling the full set of accounts and take care of all the financial aspects of the organization -Responsible involves overseeing the account receivable and payable from time to time -Supervising and motivate staff in all aspects -Assist in ad hoc assignments/projects from time to time.
