Objective We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Trade Marketing team member to support the Head of Trade Marketing in executing our go-to-market strategies. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination across internal stakeholders, agencies, and channel partners, and will be heavily involved in campaign execution, in-store visibility, reporting, and trade support. Position Responsiblities Campaign Execution and Coordination -Assist in the rollout of trade marketing campaigns across Modern Trade, General Trade, and alternate channels. -Coordinate POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) production, deployment, and tracking. -Support new product launches through sample distribution, merchandising kits, and channel-specific activation. -Liaise with Sales, Creative, and Procurement teams to ensure timely execution. Trade Support and Visibility -Monitor and maintain planogram compliance and visibility standards in-store. -Coordinate with third-party merchandisers or field teams for audit, placement, and replenishment. -Support in organizing roadshows, sampling activations, and dealer engagement programs. Reporting and Analysis -Compile and analyze trade campaign performance reports. -Track budget usage, campaign ROI, and provide insights to the Trade Marketing Head. -Maintain and update trade marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and promotional dashboards. Administrative and Operational Support -Manage inventory of trade materials (e.g., POSM, premiums, kits). -Handle quotation sourcing, purchase requisitions, and documentation support. -Coordinate with vendors and agencies on deliverables and timelines.
