Job Description

  Key Responsibilities: -Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.   -Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions.   -Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial documents.   -Assist in performing bank reconciliations and petty cash management.   -Maintain orderly financial filing systems (hardcopy and digital).   -Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.   -Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on payment-related matters.   -Handle general administrative tasks related to finance.   -Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.   -Support the audit process by providing required documentation.      [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-mega-flour-sdn-bhd-job-account-clerk] ; Requirements:-   -Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.   -Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience is an added advantage.   -Basic knowledge of accounting principles.   -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, etc.).   -Good attention to detail and organizational skills.   -Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.   -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Start Immediately.
