Responsibilities: -To assist in build-up and tear down of exhibition projects throughout Malaysia -To assist in event conceptualization, pre-event development, onsite event, to post-event reporting and analysis -To source and communicate with exhibition logistic management, external contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery during operation -To assist in recruiting temporary event crews/part timer -To assist with issuing invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner -To attend to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors. -To keep updated on industry trends and consumer market. -To liaise and work closely with other departments -Any other operations related ad-hoc tasks [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-c-i-s-network-sdn-bhd-job-senior-executive-operations] ; Requirements:- Requirements: -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel/Event Management or equivalent. -At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Preferably Executive specialized in Exhibition/Event Planning or equivalent (Exhibition industry knowledge would be added advantage) -Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin -Computer literate and well organised with pleasant and outgoing personality -Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills -Able to work under pressure and long hours when required during the exhibition period
