-Monitor all aspect of product lifecycle, including long and short term development. -Use analytical thinking, insight and a degree of creativity in defining, developing, deploying and maintaining products. -Analyse competitive marketplace and industry to ensure product’s competitive position. -Recommend products enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities. -Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities. -Obtain departmental feedbacks and suggest appropriate product revisions. -Coordinate with different teams in product development activities. -Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic. -Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning. -To influence a wide range of internal colleagues through product leadership on accepting and adopting that strategy that approved by the Management. -To ensure that overall business strategies and goals stay in line with the strategies developed. -Develops and promotes implementation of a company-wide market plan for the business’s product; again partnering up with all departments for the execution of the plan. -Responsible for recruitment and selection for Product Specialist team. -Provides coaching and support for Product Specialist and other team members on any project under Products team with timeline and deliverables. -Planning, organising and delegate product job requirement to all Product Specialist. -Provides solutions to Product Specialist during ad-hoc job requirement relating to each product. -Consistently update superior on product / project progress.
