Job Summary: Responsible for providing onsite support in ICT hardware diagnostics, part replacements, and new hardware installations. Assist in maintaining accurate records through the ticketing system and support the yearly auditing process to ensure proper hardware management and compliance. Responsibilities: -Assist in daily IT support tasks, and providing basic technical support to end users (First-Level support), escalating issues when needed. -Support in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktops, printers, and basic network devices. -Assist in monitoring and reporting system performance and issues; prepare simple monthly reports. -Assist in managing IT assets and ensure records are updated. -Support troubleshooting of Windows 7/8,10, printing backups and other standard pre-defined USB, Serial devices. -Learn and assist with basic administration tasks such as user account management, antivirus checks, and backups. -Maintain good communication with users and provide customer-friendly support. -Assist in emergency requests when needed (on-call support with guidance). -Assist in client project in ticket replies within 2 hours and arrangements within 24 hours, Onsite ticketing closing with client with helpdesk team and site visits to client premises. -Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
