Job Descriptions: -Ensure that all hubs update the latest route date in their COD reconciliation file. -Monitor Driver COD Collection andamp; MBB cash flow. -Check the COD transactions against the hubs COD reconciliation file, and verify the deposits in the MBB cash flow. -Check the COD transactions against the driver COD report file, and verify the COD amount in the MBB cash flow. -Make sure that the COD collection received by the manager of each unit should be equal to the amount in the Finance Daily Collection Report. -Ensure daily COD in the delivery received by drivers and managers given by the customers should be credited to the Ninja’s account without any delay. -If any delay occurs, deal with the Station Manager on COD Collection matters. -Assist to file insurance claim with insurance company for robbery cases or thefts that take place on hubs or staff. -Post the expected COD collection amounts to NetSuite and subsequently verify the expected COD figures against the actual collections to identify and explain should any variances arise. -Work closely with the regional team to finetune and improve the COD report to aid with reconciliation work. -Constantly innovate new ways of improving and modifying the current COD collection processes to mitigate and minimise variances.
