Role Overview The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts, supporting financial operations, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. This role also covers monitoring leasing contracts, collections, and financial performance related to the company’s laptop rental and leasing business.  Key Responsibilities Accounting and Reporting -Handle full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and reconciliations. -Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports. -Support financial closing and consolidation in line with group reporting requirements. -Assist in preparing financial statements for audit and compliance. Operational Finance -Monitor leasing contracts, payments, and collections from customers. -Ensure accurate invoicing, e-invoicing compliance, and timely follow-ups. -Work closely with operations and sales teams to align financial records with contract terms. Compliance and Audit -Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. -Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies. -Support documentation for IPO listing, due diligence, and financial reviews. Business Support -Provide financial insights to management for decision-making. -Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring. -Identify process improvements to strengthen financial controls and efficiency. -Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure accurate work delivery.
