Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead full-cycle recruitment activities. The ideal candidate has strong headhunting skills, builds lasting relationships with stakeholders, and ensures top talent acquisition for the company’s fast-growing operations. Key Responsibilities -Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. -Headhunt and source passive candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, events). -Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent needs. -Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates. -Manage employer branding initiatives to position TalentCap as an employer of choice. -Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and future roles. -Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices. -Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics to management. -Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.
