Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote our institute’s training and certification programs to corporate clients. The role focuses on meeting HR, Learning and Development (LandD) Managers, Training Managers, and Company Secretaries to introduce our in-house customised programs as well as public programs, with the goal of driving enrollments and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities -Identify, prospect, and approach corporate clients, professional firms, and industry associations. -Schedule and conduct meetings with HR, LandD Managers, Training Managers, and Company Secretaries to present our institute’s training and certification offerings. -Promote both customised in-house training solutions and public certification programs. -Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. -Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads to close deals. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. -Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, events, and promotions. -Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback.
