You can find out more about us at www.capbay.com About the Role The Sales Support Intern will play a crucial role in supporting our sales teams, ensuring smooth operations, and providing top-notch client service. While prior experience in sales administration would be advantageous, fresh graduates who are keen to learn, and grow are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be expected to: -Sales Assistance: Support the sales team in daily operations, ensuring they have all the necessary tools and information to excel. -Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage sales-related documents, including quotations, invoices, proposals, and contracts. -Credit Paper Creation: Assist in writing credit papers when required, ensuring they are accurate and adhere to company standards. -Client Relations: Handle client inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. -Data Management: Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems. -Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and custom reports as required by the management. -Training: Familiarize yourself with company products and services to provide accurate information to both the sales team and clients. -Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-capbay-job-internship-capbay-ventures] ; Requirements:- Key Qualifications and Requirements: We are looking for someone who is: -Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field. -Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.  -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficient in Mandarin.  -Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. -Familiarity with CRM systems would be an advantage. -Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. -A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
