The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective marketing strategies, building brand awareness, and driving customer engagement for our products and services. You will work closely with internal teams to enhance our marketing efforts and help elevate the brand’s presence in the competitive FandB market. Job Responsibilities: 1.Brand Promotoion and Awareness: -Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. -Create engaging content for social media, websites, and email marketing. -Collaborate with influencers, tiktok team, and media for promotions. 2.Digital Marketing and Social Media Management: -Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and ensure consistent engagement. -Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads). -Optimize SEO strategies for website and online content. 3.Customer Engagement and Loyalty Programs: -Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to encourage repeat business. -Implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention. -Collect customer feedback and analyze reviews for service improvement. 4.Event and Promotion Planning: -Organize food tastings, influencer events, and seasonal promotions. -Plan and execute marketing activations, partnerships, and sponsorships. -Coordinate with outlets to ensure successful campaign execution. 5.Market Research and Competitor Analysis: -Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trend. -Analyze competitor strategies and recommend improvements. -Provide insights on menu pricing, promotions, and new product launches. 6.Sales and Revenue Growth Support: -Work closely with the sales team to increase dine-in, takeout, and delivery sales. -Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions with key performance metrics -Adjust marketing strategies based on sales data and customer behavior.
