Job Description: -Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Admin functions which included payroll, administration, training and development and other HR related support. -Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data -Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law -Engage in the full cycle of training process, such as map out annual training plans, design and develop training materials, evaluate training programs, and etc. -Monthly reporting on training related information, which includes the reporting of employee accreditation numbers. -Consolidate and prepare monthly HR Report for management review. -Handling and dealing with employee’s related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation and grievances process. -Assist in foreign worker related matters. -To update and maintain accurate personnel report and proper filing system. -Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Superior.
