-Retrieve renewal letters from the shared folder. -Insert LHDN confidential logo on each renewal letter. -Retrieve principal agreement and stamp certificate from the filing system. -Combine renewal letters and principal agreement into a single PDF file. -Save the combined PDF in the filing system and shared folder. -Coordinate with Finance and Accounting Division for uploading documents to the LHDN portal. -Access the LHDN stamp’s portal to upload renewal letters and update require field for stamping. -Retrieve stamp’s certificate from the LHDN portal and save to shared folder and therefore filing system. -Monitoring and reporting of LHDN stamping progress. -Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.
