-Plan and monitor cold chain warehouse operations, eg: inbounding/outbounding. -Ensure parcels are processed within customer required temperature. -Responsible for cold chain parcel recovery (damage, missing, RTS, etc). -Possess knowledge of cold chain warehouse work procedures and processes. -Monitoring warehouse team KPI. -Schedule workload equally to the sorters. -Coordinated the loading and unloading of trucks. -Liaise with another department such as customer service, project management and fleet operation to ensure smooth warehouse operation. -Completed and maintained paperwork required for inbound and outbound materials. -Coordinate usage of inbound and outbound materials such as ice plate and cooler box. -Kept attendance records for the sort team for payroll process. -Kept the warehouse area safe, clean and organized through regular inspection.
