Job Description -Edit short-form videos (Facebook and Instagram Reels, Rednote Videos) optimized for each platform. -Add subtitles, transitions, effects, and sound to make videos engaging. -Assist in brainstorming video concepts, scripts, and storyboards for campaigns. -Suggest trendy ideas and formats to stay relevant to social media trends -Work with the social media team to ensure videos are delivered on time. -Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines, tone, and messaging. -Track video performance and provide basic reports on engagement metrics. -Suggest improvements based on audience feedback and performance data. -Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align on campaign goals. -Participate in content planning meetings and contribute creative ideas. -Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
